The staff was polite and very helpful. Our room was cleaned daily! and it looked great. Breakfast had a lot of delicious food and drinks. There was a big variety. It was easy to find the hotel because it is super close to the tram station.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, showcasing many food and drink selections. It was easy to reach the hotel using the tram. The staff were amazing. I would stay here again, really! The beds were comfortable, with lovely and fluffy pillows.
The light in the bathroom WASN't working. Some maintenance was needed.
